Warranty: We will honor any products under warranty purchased from authorized Sleek Audio Vendors, Distributors, and their subsidiaries.

We will NOT honor warranties for products purchased from  online retailers Z Electria, Circuit City Deals,  Best Seller 21, or Price Grabber as they are not authorized dealers.

Our Warranties are non-transferable (meaning if not purchased by an authorized dealer such as through EBAY or the companies listed above we will not honor warranty.)

Sleek Audio Universal Fit Models ( SA6, SA7 and SA1):

Sleek Audio, LLC warrants that the SA6 and SA7 product is without defect in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer or retailer.  The SA1 product is without defect in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer or retailer.  The cable is warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from purchase for either model. Each of these products can be returned for a full refund (if in proper condition, which is determined by Sleek QC) within 30 days of original purchase.

Sleek Audio, LLC will at its discretion either replace or repair the unit or cable that is deemed in need of repair within the warranty period.  Acts of God, misuse, neglect, or modifications made to the unit or cable will not be covered under the warranty.  Sleek Audio, LLC will not be liable for any incidental or consequential usage in accordance to your state law.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state.

Only the core body and cable are covered under warranty.  Other components and accessories including but not limited to bass ports, treble tips, flanged ear tips, carrying cases, cleaning tools, and additional accessories are not covered under warranty.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed by Sleek Audio, LLC.

This agreement comprises the entire warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties or agreements of any kind, verbal understandings, or promises.

SA Wireless Model:

Sleek Audio, LLC warrants that the SA Wireless product is without defect in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer or retailer.

Sleek Audio, LLC will at its discretion either replace or repair the W-1 Wireless that is deemed in need of repair within the warranty period.  Acts of God, misuse, neglect, or modifications made to the W-1 Wireless unit or cable will not be covered under the warranty.   Sleek Audio, LLC will not be liable for any incidental or consequential usage in accordance to your state law.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state.

Only the W-1 Wireless receiver and transmitter are covered under warranty.  Other components and accessories including but not limited to bass ports, treble tips, flanged ear tips, carrying cases, cleaning tools, and additional accessories are not covered under warranty.   Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed by Sleek Audio, LLC.

Important: If you have an issue with one of our products, please e-mail our support team (contact information above) with your contact information and any details you can provide about the product issue prior to sending it to our office for inspection or replacement. We understand how much music means to our customers, and this enables us to respond quickly and make sure you miss as little time without your Sleek Audio earphones as possible.

Warranty Claims: First, you should contact Sleek Audio, LLC by phone at 888.491.2256 or e-mail to info@sleek-audio.com to see if the problem is able to be fixed without sending it in.  To send the item in, please package carefully, self insure, and mail to:
